FOAM-iT!™ expanding foams are easy to use and cure rigid and strong. They can be used as a lightweight casting material, backfill material for encapsulation or to make hollow castings. You can color them with SO-Strong™, UVO™ or Ignite™ colorants for a variety of art/craft, industrial or special effects applications.
FOAM‑iT!™ 3, 4, 5, 8, 10, 15 and 26 are expanding water blown polyurethane foams in 3, 4, 5, 8, 10, 15 and 26 pound densities. Most feature an easy to use 1:1 mix ratio by volume and cure at room temperature.
FOAM‑iT!™ are closed cell foams that provide a better surface finish and water resistance. FOAM‑iT!™ foams offer higher physical and performance properties and are especially useful as reinforcement for hollow castings.
FOAM-iT!™ 4 Black is a pre-pigmented deep black color rigid foam with an approximate expansion of 14 times its original volume. Lightweight and economical.
This castable foam is self-skinning with a finer, more uniform cell structure for better reproduction of surface detail. It also machines more accurately and is often used by industrial companies for making custom shaped tooling boards. Foam‑iT!™ 8 is bright white, measured and mixed 2A:1B by weight.
FOAM‑iT!™ 10 SLOW is designed for large-pour applications. Product testing done by the US Military proved that a combination of FOAM‑iT!™ 10 SLOW and Ultra-Fast Setting Concrete successfully shortened a multi-day repair process to a matter of hours. Thousands of pounds of FOAM-iT!™ are meter mixed on-site and dispensed in minutes.
