After 15 years as a bench jeweler William Gantt started making molds and safety props for motion pictures, and has done work on dozens of films and tv shows. Working in Atlanta, Billy Props can mold any prop that might injure an actor, and produce copies from the FlexFoam iT!™ series, PMC™ rubber, or anything else in the Smooth-On line.
As a jeweler Billy worked with fine jewelry and still produces custom designed costume pieces on the fly. Using Smooth-On Rebound™ 40 mold rubber additional copies are no problem.
Billy Props provides 3D design services for 3D printing and CNC. Often times it's best to print parts and mold them with Mold Star™ 16. Larger items are molded with a brush on silicon from the Rebound™ series.
