Design Formations is owned by Zachary Stebenne who has over 10+ years of experience in advanced R&D/product development at Jakks Pacific and Summer Infant. He has been responsible for inventing over 50 products currently in the market. Former owner and current employee, Bob Wilkie has over 40 years of casting/ prototyping experience and started started the company 28 years ago.

We specialize in urethane, foam, rubber, epoxy and silicone castings or overmolds. We have many years of experience in creating cast parts in quantities ranging from 1 to 50,000 and can produce molds up to 36” x 24” x 60”. We can produce castings in any urethane material, color, texture, or tint desired, including clear. Over-molded parts can also be created per customer specifications We currently work with Hasbro as well as Keurig, Bose, Tomy, Little Kids, Dorel, Summer Infant, and many more!

Our facility is conveniently located in Providence, RI and we have the capabilities to produce the highest quality prototypes around!
