Clear Flex™ 30 urethane is a new addition to the popular Clear Flex™ Series clear rubber line that is ideal for a variety of display and prop applications. With an ultimate Shore hardness of 30A, cured rubber is water clear and very flexible. SO Strong™ colorants or Ignite™ fluorescent pigments will add vibrant colors, and Cast Magic™ glitter/metal powders can be used to create an almost infinite array of casting effects.
Mix ratio is a convenient 1A:1B by volume. Pot life is 15 minutes and cure time is 16 hours at room temperature. Material should be vacuum degassed or pressure cast if bubble-free castings are desired. Cured rubber is UV Resistant and exhibits good physical properties. Also, Clear Flex™ 30 is mercury and phthalate free.
