Smooth-On’s EZ-Mix™ Machine is an efficient, compact tool that perfectly mixes and dispenses mold rubber quickly. It is compatible with either drum or tote units and can dispense up to 30 lb (13.6 kg) of mixed rubber per minute.

Designed and built by Smooth-On to work with different mold rubbers, the EZ-Mix™ Machine features two sets of VFD-controlled pumps and motors. The VFDs allow for variable mix ratios of different materials, whether they are 1A:1B, 2A:1B or 10A:1B. The machine also comes packaged with a cleaning & recirculating system that simplifies short- and long-term maintenance of the components.
