The Murlocs were created by Blizzard entertainment, the company that created World of Warcraft. In Blizzard’s latest extension pack, Hearthstone, you will find these "angler fish" type characters in their new role as messenger boys.
The costumes seen in the video were created using the moldmaking and casting process. First being hand sculpted out of clay, molded using epoxy, and cast using foam latex.
Simpact® 85A urethane rubber was used for the Murloc’s teeth, which were then coated using either UreCoat® or Urebond® II.
