How To Make a Silicone Mold of a Prototype Using Smooth‑Sil™ 960

Overview

In this tutorial, we show the process of creating a very high accuracy silicone mold using Smooth-Sil™ 960 platinum cure silicone.  The resulting mold has extremely high accuracy.  An impact resistant prototype is cast using TASK™ 3 urethane resin.
